In many modern businesses, server equipment plays a central nervous system role, with thousands of optical cables and electrical wires concentrated in a narrow space. The equipment housed in racks generates a large amount of heat, necessitating heat removal to prevent equipment failure. The role of heat removal is handled by HVAC systems, where cooled water is pumped to the equipment as an important heat removal medium. However, water and electronic devices cannot coexist.
